Slavoljub Milanović, a resident of Kragujevac, once again this year, donated gifts to children in Kragujevac in memory of his late son Bogdan. Before New Year’s, 250 children received gifts, and on Christmas Eve, another hundred.
In addition to candy and toys for children, Milanović also gave his followers on Facebook and Instagram a memorial page dedicated to Bogdan Milanović three LED TVs, two icons in gold print in a golden frame, five iconostases with icons in gold print, and twenty wall clocks.
„My wish is to bring some joy into someone’s home during the holidays, to make someone happy, to bring a smile and remember my son,“ said Slavoljub Milanović.
Bogdan Milanović was a young talented programmer who studied and pursued a career in the US. He passed away at the age of 29 from a brain tumor. In order to preserve their son’s name, his parents, Slavoljub and Jadranka Milanović, built a children’s resort in Bešnjaja near Kragujevac, equipped many schools and computer labs with computer equipment, and donated to many children. Many of their charitable acts have remained hidden from the public eye.
